Most privacy policies are long because the site collects a lot. This one is short because this site does not. Here is exactly what happens, in the order it happens.
This site has no signup, no login, no newsletter and no contact form. We never ask for your name, your email address or your phone number, and we hold none of them. There is no user database on our side to hold them in.
The element tool asks for a date, a time and (optionally) a place of birth — because that is what a chart requires. It then does the entire calculation in your own browser with JavaScript. Those details are not uploaded, not logged, and not stored. This site has no server-side application for them to be sent to; it is a set of static files, and the maths runs on your device.
If you add something to the bag, the item is saved in your browser's local storage under the
key emz_cart_v1. That is what makes the bag survive a page change. It lives on
your device, we cannot see it, and clearing your browser's site data removes it. Nothing else
is written to local storage.
This site sets no cookies. There is no cookie banner because there are no cookies to consent to, and no cross-site tracking pixels, advertising tags or social media trackers anywhere in the page.
The site is served through Cloudflare, which acts as our content delivery network and security layer. Like any web host, Cloudflare necessarily processes request information — such as your IP address and browser user agent — in order to deliver the page to you and to block abusive traffic. We do not receive that information in a form that identifies you, and we do not use it to build a profile.
The site also loads Cloudflare's privacy-first analytics, which is cookieless and reports aggregate figures only — how many people visited, which pages. It does not follow you across other sites, and it does not store anything on your device.
No payment provider is connected to this site and nothing is on sale. We therefore hold no card details, no billing address and no order history. When the shop opens, this section will name the payment processor and explain what it receives, before anything can be bought.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port the personal data a company holds about you, or to object to its processing. Those rights are real, and we are not trying to dodge them by being small — but they apply to personal data we hold, and we hold none. There is no account to close and no data to erase, because none was ever sent to us.
The one thing outside our control is the request data Cloudflare processes as our host, which is covered by Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone of any age.
This site does not yet publish a contact address. Before we accept a single order or begin collecting any personal information, we will publish a contact address, name the operating entity here, and republish this policy with the date below updated. If this policy changes in any way that affects you, the date at the top of this page will change with it.
